On ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐, the IH-MIE Regional Workshop took place in the Moravian-Silesian region (Czech Republic), bringing together 18 participants from public administration, industry, SMEs, and the research community to explore the regionโs hydrogen mobility ecosystem.
The workshop was coordinated by Autoklastr , Moravskoslezskรฝ Vodรญkovรฝ Klastr, z.s., and Zebra Group, ensuring strong regional engagement and a well-structured exchange among stakeholders.
The session combined expert presentations with an interactive SWOT-based discussion, providing a comprehensive overview of the regionโs current capabilities, infrastructure, and readiness for hydrogen deployment, while fostering open dialogue among participants.
During the workshop, several key challenges were identified, including limited market demand, fragmentation across the hydrogen value chain, regulatory uncertainty, and gaps in infrastructure integration. At the same time, strong opportunities emerged, supported by existing pilot projects, active regional collaboration, and a clear strategic direction towards hydrogen development.
Overall, the workshop served as a valuable platform to validate regional insights, strengthen stakeholder cooperation, and define concrete next steps towards building a more integrated and scalable hydrogen mobility ecosystem.
The insights from the Moravian-Silesian region will contribute to the upcoming ๐๐-๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ on ๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐, supporting cross-regional collaboration and preparing the ground for the upcoming Open Call in summer 2026.
